Richard S. Levine, MAI

Richard has extensive experience as an appraiser, a national real estate lender, and a real estate developer. Before moving into appraisal, he served as a regional vice president at the prestigious Barclays Bank in London, as well as a senior vice president for American Savings Bank in New York City. In addition to his 25 years analyzing and valuing all kinds of investment properties throughout Metropolitan New York, this experience affords him knowledge and insight not available to other appraisers, making him uniquely qualified to analyze and appraise all kinds of properties.

Richard holds an MAI from the Appraisal Institute—the highest accreditation an appraiser can achieve, and the gold standard in commercial real estate appraisal. He is rightly renowned for his expertise, having even appeared as a guest lecturer at both New York and Hofstra Universities.

Brian has been analyzing and valuing properties throughout Metropolitan New York for over fifteen years. Before branching out with this firm, he served with several of the most prestigious commercial real estate appraisal firms in New York.
